Return and exchange
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• You have to produce the original receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.
• We will gladly exchange your purchase if the above requirements are met.
Refunds
• Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders within South Africa, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over R3500.
Please notify WWW.KINGOFTHEGRILL.CO.ZA upon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas).
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence WWW.KINGOFTHEGRILL.CO.ZA will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
• DELIVERY TIMES
We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner and quicker than the times indicated. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 HOURS of payment clearing in our bank account (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays). If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order. For all orders within South Africa, your parcel will be sent with our courier service, please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery.
• SHIPPING DELAYS
We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavor to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.
• FAILED DELIVERY
Where delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully on more than two occasions and the client has not been able to accept delivery, WWW.KINGOFTHEGRILL.CO.ZA reserves the right to levy a delivery fee equivalent to the Door to Door Courier fee. Goods will not be released / delivered until fee is received.
Unless otherwise stated on a competition page, all competitions rules and conditions below apply:

2) South African residents, over the age of 18 are eligible to enter.
3) Each competition states the closing date, prize value and number of winners. Users should check their accounts for winning notices and have up to 30 days to claim their prize or it may be forfeited.
4) Entries are made by registering with accurate personal details and completing the required forms and questions as required.
5) One prize allowed per person.
6) All entry details, images submitted etc. become property and may be used by WWW.KINGOFTHEGRILL.CO.ZA as marketing material.
7) Winners are determined randomly.
8) Please ensure that all personal information is completed accurately. We may disqualify an entry should any of the information prove incorrect. Furthermore, entrants give WWW.KINGOFTHEGRILL.CO.ZA permission to communicate with them via any channels.
9) WWW.KINGOFTHEGRILL.CO.ZA reserves the right to edit any material and information submitted, in addition to extending a competition’s closing date.
10) Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
